While creating quick.css (my classless library), I have realized that the various classless libraries make different decisions regarding some HTML elements.
The classless libraries doesn't require any classes. I just include it in my <head> section and forget about it, while it silently makes everything nicer. The HTML is king while CSS is a supportive element that only makes HTML look better.
So I decided to compare the various libraries using the same HTML.
